Enhancements and Issues Addressed

    Server
  • Implementation of the getSpatialdataset operation via the GetDatasetByCrs predefined query for WFS-based INSPIRE Download services. GetFeature request through getSpatialdataset returned address but should return administrative units if the service is of administrave unit data.
  • BUG-000103685: INSPIRE Download service for Addresses theme based on version 4 of the INSPIRE schema fails returning features via WFS.
  • BUG-000098872: Feature download service in as-is mode does not start properly when used in conjunction with the web adaptor on HTTPS (port 443, which would be the basis for INSPIRE service online resource).
  • BUG-000105077: the optional authority identifier field is allocated in an incorrect xml node.
  • ENH-000101472: improved response time for INSPIRE download service getfeaturebyid operation.
  • Improved implementation of GetDatasetByCrs. GetFeature request through GetDatasetByCrs returned address but it should return administrative units if the service is of administrative unit data.
  • Added setup progress bar to config utility.

Installation Instructions for Windows

Note: ArcGIS for INSPIRE 10.5 must be installed before you can install this Patch.

  1. Download the patch to a location other than the installation folder:

  2. Unzip the file and follow the Readme.txt instructions to complete the install.
