  • BUG-000089829 - In some workflows, images are orthorectified even when the display is in Image Coordinate System.
  • BUG-000089828 - Top Up does not work from a locked raster from an image service in Geographic Coordinate System.
  • BUG-000089804 -Introduces Support for WorldView-3 SWIR datasets with a new processing template in the WorldView-3 raster type.
  • BUG-000089801 - Landsat 8 raster type does not preserve the metadata CLOUD_COVER_LAND.

  • BUG-000086509 - Accessing files from the output directory using the "Raster File" operation on ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 for Linux over HTTPS leads to a 500 error with the URL referencing https:/ rather than https://.
  • BUG-000086461 - Mosaic dataset not seen in full extent due to less number of overview levels.
  • BUG-000085180 - Unable to add SOCET SET files to a mosaic dataset due to spatial reference issues.

This patch is cumulative of the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for (Desktop / Server) Legacy Commercial Satellite NITF Patch

  • BUG-000091783 - This fix addresses issues where some legacy commercial satellite imagery in NITF format aren't presented to the user as an ArcGIS Raster Product or aren't recognized as an ArcGIS Raster Type. This enhancement applies to non-ncdrd compliant NITF satellite imagery (e.g. legacy Ikonos, Quickbird, GeoEye-1, WorldView-1, WorldView-2, etc.).

This patch is cumulative of the ArcGIS for (Desktop, Engine, Server) WMTS Tiles Misalignment Patch

  • BUG-000088847 - Tiles from WMTS Services for some coordinate systems (or CRS) do not align in ArcGIS Desktop and when served from ArcGIS Server.
  • BUG-000088454 - If a folder path contains letter 'u' after '\' ArcGIS for Server search service fails to register the folder with an error For Input String: "sage".
  • BUG-000082640 - When choosing a different location for installation of ArcGIS for Server 10.3 other than the default for the arcgisserver folder, the installation still creates the folder under c:\arcgisserver folder and a new location specified. Also, when the arcgisserver that was initially created is removed, the system automatically creates a new arcgisserver folder with a directories subfolder that is empty.
