Introduction

This patch contains general maintenance fixes. We recommend all users install this software update.

Issues Addressed with this Patch

• TFS42787DRD/DRS: Manual QC review writes to Reviewer table should not check for duplicates even if duplicate checking is turned on in Reviewer Session properties
• TFS42318DRD/DRS: Reviewer Processing Error encountered on trying to write records to Reviewer table from Cutbacks check
• NIM091008DRD: ArcMap crashes after installing SP1 for ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer when adding data through an OLE DB Connection.
• NIM080341DRD: Getting error while editing the reviewer table, if two users edit the same Default version.

NOTE: These patchs are cumulative of previous ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer Service Pack 1 patches.

• ArcGIS 10.1 Service Pack 1 Patch 5 Data Reviewer for Desktop requires ArcGIS 10.1 Service Pack 1 Data Reviewer for Desktop.
  
  
• Make sure you have write access to the installation location, and that no one is accessing it.
  
  
• Select and download the file:

• Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
  
  
• When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.
  
  
• Installation Steps for Data Reviewer for Server

 

1. ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.1 Service Pack 1 Patch 5 for Server requires ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.1 Service Pack 1 for Server.
   
   
2. Make sure you have write access to the installation location, and that no one is accessing it.
   
   
3. Select and download the file:
   
   

   ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server
   ArcGIS101DataReviewerSP1Patch5Server.msp	28 MB

4. Double-click the .msp to start the install process.
   
   
5. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.
   
   
6. Reregister the ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension once the patch is installed
   
   
7. Log in to ArcGIS Server Manager by opening your manager URL in a web browser (http://<server name>:6080/arcgis/manager).
   
   
8. Click Site on the top panel of the page.
   
   
9. Click Extensions inside the panel on the left side of the page.
   
   
10. Click the pen button to the right of the ESRI.Production.ReviewerServer.soe extension.
    
    
11. Click Browse and navigate to ArcGISDataReviewerServer\Server10.1\Bin and choose the ESRI.Production.ReviewerServer.soe file.
    
    
12. Click Save.
    
    
13. Click Services on the top panel of the page.
    
    
14. Restart all map services that use the Data Reviewer Server capability.

Note: If you have configured ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server in an ArcGIS for Server multi–machine deployment, repeat steps 4–13 for each machine in the site.

 

How to identify which Service Packs and Patches are installed

To find out what ArcGIS products are currently installed on your machine, download the PatchFinder utility and run it from your local machine.

Check Online Support Center periodically for the availability of additional service packs and patches.
