Synopsis
ArcSDE spatial query fails to return features when the features are stored in SQL Server Geography storage type and the filter shape is larger than one hemisphere of the Earth.
Additional Information
Upgrade to SQL Server 2012 and update the database compatibility level to 11 (for any database created at an earlier version). The hemisphere limitation has been removed at 2012.
