Bug ENH-000096868

Please provide the ability to change the unit of temperature in Incident Analysis widget (e.g. Celsius or Fahrenheit)

Additional Information

Alternate Solution

1. Provide the appropriate/comparable step by step workflow to help illustrate the request.
-Launch Web AppBuilder
-Create a new application and Add Incident Analysis Widget to it
-Observed that there is no functionality present which would provide user the ability to change the temperature unit to Celsius however the same is available for Distance (for e.g. we may provide distance in meters or feet etc.).
2. What is the problem feature X is trying to solve? (i.e. What is the problem/limitation/design choice that is preventing the customer from moving forward?)
User is trying to change the unit of temperature as per there local configuration. For example user would like to change the temperature to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit as they use Fahrenheit in Spain. However unavailability of any such option in the widget is stopping user from achieving this directly.

3. What are the benefits or changes that would result from the enhancement? (i.e. How does making this change help the customer's workflow or business?)
This Enhancement would allow users to provide the temperature unit as per there local configuration
