The new ArcGIS Dashboards does not show media on the Details widget. The Media switch does not work in Details widget on new dashboards.

Workaround
There are two workarounds:
- Recreate the dashboard in ArcGIS Dashboards Classic.
- Open the web map in the new Map Viewer and toggle off the ‘Show as List’ option under the pop-up configuration for the layer.
