Bug
After the ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.12.274 update, the launched survey from a link from ArcGIS Collector and has a callback to it, is not sent in the background and opens the outbox for another survey.

Workaround
After submitting the form, open the ArcGIS Survey123 app and close the survey manually, the subsequent tries to open the survey via the link in the pop up are successful. However, this is not an actual workaround as it defeats the purpose of using the Callback parameter.
