In the map's settings in ArcGIS Online, when the 'Use in FieldMaps' option is enabled and the 'Use in Collector' option is disabled, all editing functionalities are disabled for the map in ArcGIS Field Maps.

Workaround
Enable both settings. However, this is not a workaround for users who have certain functionalities enabled in ArcGIS Field Maps that do not exist in ArcGIS Collector and are bypassed.
