Additional Information
Creating PDFs with customized page sizes must be done through the Export pane and not through the Print pane. Though the user can create PDFs and other file types in the Print pane using the Print to File option, this route is limited. More complete PDF support is available in the Export pane. The user can export PDF files of a custom size. The Export pane also offers many PDF settings that are unavailable in the Print pane.
Workaround
Perform the following workaround to create the PDF with the customized page size in ArcGIS Pro:
- Go to Windows Settings, and click Printers & Scanners.
- Choose the PDF creator, and click Manage Printer.
- Choose the same settings in ArcGIS Pro.
