The Calculate Field tool removes the backslash (\) in the Arcade expression which results in the removal of (\) from the final output.

The backward slash (\) is used as an escape character in Arcade, so it is expected that a single slash is to be replaced when used in an Arcade expression. Use a double backward slash or using the arcade line: TextFormatting.BackwardSlash as a workaround.Workaround
As a part of the calculations, insert a second backslash (\). This results to the final output. For example: “C:\Users\ISC-DT14-SHAFIQ\Desktop” to “C:\\Users\\ISC-DT14-SHAFIQ\\Desktop”.
