Workaround

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server supports the ISO 8601 standard for representing date/time values. Out-of-the-box, ArcGIS GeoEvent Server recognizes the following date/time values as Date values:

  • Tue Mar 12 14:25:30 PDT 2019
  • 03/12/2019 02:25:30 PM
  • 03/12/2019 14:25:30
  • 1552400730000
