Additional Information

This issue is not to be addressed in ArcGIS Collector. Migrate to Field Maps where the tracking functionality is integrated into the app. Tracks in Field Maps are drawn on the map in real-time.

Workaround

  1. Zoom in and out on the map.
  2. Turn My Tracks off and on.
  3. If the above steps stop working, quit the ArcGIS Collector and reopen it.
