In ArcGIS Pro, changing the branch version for a feature service results in an error, "An unknown error occurred while changing the database version" if the version owner username contains a period.

Additional Information

This issue has been resolved with a combination of Pro 2.5 AND ArcGIS Enterprise/Server 10.8. This issue was reported with Server/Enterprise 10.7.x.
