The Use for Collector in ArcGIS option does not show up in web map settings when editing is enabled for a hosted feature layer in a web map after the creation of the web map in ArcGIS Online.

This is the expected behavior. To enable the Use in Collector for ArcGIS setting, once editing is enabled in the feature layer, add to the new web map and save.Workaround
For the Use in Collector for ArcGIS option to appear within a web map created using a hosted feature layer before editing was enabled:
- Open web map > Save > Save as > save a copy of the web map.
- Open web map > Edit > make an edit > Save.
