Bug BUG-000128127
Synopsis
Chrome does not print vector tile layers when the 'Use hardware acceleration when available' setting is not disabled.
Additional Information
Esri is unable to reproduce this issue in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 and higher, and also unable to consistently reproduce this in previous releases. This may be caused by a combination of browsers, graphics drivers, and the use of ArcMap-based print services. If this issue persists, it is recommended to upgrade the browser to the latest version, upgrade graphics drivers to the latest available version, and ensure that any custom print services are published using ArcGIS Pro.
Alternate Solution
Disable the Use hardware acceleration when available setting in Chrome or use a different browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
