Synopsis

When attempting to download a managed map area in Collector for ArcGIS, the download fails due to an error that occurs between ArcGIS Server and the ArcGIS Web Adaptor replica access.

Alternate Solution

Add the layers associated with the map to Portal for ArcGIS through the :6443/arcgis/rest URL instead of the Web Adaptor URL.
