Workaround

Create a GIS Server connection in ArcGIS Pro. Refer to the following link:(https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/projects/connect-to-a-gis-server.htm#GUID-E3F3174D-3895-4BFC-9443-8676D2D4964B)Users are able to view the hosted feature layer associated to the survey.
