When selecting a row within an attribute table to change the value for a specific attribute field, the error message, "Update table row. Value doesn't fall within Domain" is returned.

Additional Information

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.

Workaround

  1. Export the attribute table in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.
  2. Add the coded domains again.
