If a web map is created with a non-editable feature layer and the option to edit the feature layer is enabled after the web map is created, the 'Use in Collector for ArcGIS' option does not appear and the web map does not appear in Collector for ArcGIS.

Additional Information

This is a known limitation. Resave the feature service if the feature service capabilities changes.

Workaround

  • Resave the web map as a new map.
  • Enable editing on the feature layer before creating a web map.
