In Survey123 for ArcGIS, the Inbox icons in the map view randomly turn orange or disappear after a point is edited and sent, or when the Inbox is refreshed within the map view.

Workaround

Click the Back button from the map view. Click Inbox > Refresh. Re-open the map view.
