Synopsis
Attempting to read the spatial reference of an LAS file with incorrect metadata information causes ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server to crash.
Additional Information
Non-reproducible in 10.7 as problem had already been reported and addressed with other data exhibiting the same issue. There's an invalid/unreadable coord system in the file. We need to skip it and treat as unknown rather than crash.
