Additional Information

This issue will not be addressed because of the new implementation of the Reclassify tool. In ArcMap, the user interface (UI) for specifying the classification method is embedded in the Reclassify tool. In ArcGIS Pro, the user can do the classification first in the Symbology panel, and the reclassification table is automatically populated in the Reclassify tool. In the Symbology panel, there are options for different classification methods, such as Manual, Equal Interval, Defined Interval, Quantile, Natural Breaks, Geometric Interval, and Standard Deviation. So functionality wise, it is the same as what it can be done in ArcMap, but with a different user experience.

Workaround

To use an option other than Equal Interval, use ArcMap.
