ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager fails to load in Chrome 67.
A blank white page is returned, and the following error appears in the developer's console.

Note: This issue has been reproduced at ArcGIS GeoEvent Server versions 10.3 through 10.6.
This is a known issue: BUG-000114349: ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager fails to load in Chrome 67.
This is caused by a change in Chrome 67 blocking a specific Dojo library used to load the ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager page.
As of mid-June 2018, cumulative ArcGIS GeoEvent Server patches have been released that address the Chrome v67 issue (BUG-000114349).
