Printing secured services requires using a custom print service that follows the guidance at https://enterprisedev.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/create-web-apps/windows/printing-maps-that-contain-secured-services.htm. Workaround

If possible, use an image service on ArcGIS Server containing the same imagery.
