Configuring Living Atlas content using ArcGIS Online Enterprise login credentials in Portal for ArcGIS fails with an error message stating that the credentials are not valid or cannot be used.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Enterprise only supports ArcGIS Online Organization account to configure Living Atlas subscriber and premium content. No account from Enterprise login such as SAML IDP is supported.

Workaround

Create a regular ArcGIS Online user in the Organization that is configured with enterprise logins and assign admin privileges. Use this login credentials to configure Living Atlas content in the portal.
