Workaround
1. Create a File Geodatabase and a point feature class.2. Ensure the point feature class has two text field and two date fields. 3. Right-click on the feature class in ArcCatalog > Manage > Enable Editor Tracking > Click Ok to the message. This automatically adds the Creator Field, Create Date Field, Editor Field, Edit Date Field.4. Right-click on the feature class > Properties > Editor Tracking > Reassign the fields to the fields created.5. Create a few points within the data frame.6. Publish feature class as a feature service to ArcGIS Online.*Observe the service publishes as expected. *See "points2" in both the map package and the feature service.
