Additional Information

Could not reproduce in the current software releases. Total time to complete is less than a minute and a half. Note: This is not a "Godzilla" case. The largest feature only has 126 vertices and the total vertex count is just 37909. The possible cause of the problem in 10.2.x is the complexity of the overlap found in the inputF feature class. Much work has been done since 10.2.x on similar cases which may explain why this is no longer an issue.
