Stream services that use a WebSocketContextURL fail to draw features after restarting the ArcGIS Server service until the WebSocketContextURL is reapplied.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior when ArcGIS/GeoEvent Server is unable to resolve the DNS alias URI provided in WebSocketContextURL parameter.

Workaround

Remove the entire WebSocketContextURL from the ArcGIS Server system properties, and save the update. Then, reapply the value and save the update again.
