This is addressed in the next ArcGIS Field Maps release (22.4.1).Workaround
- Wait on the Location Sharing and alerts screen until all tracks are uploaded.
- Allow tracks to upload at their default interval (every 10 minutes when connected).
- Log out which forces an upload.
