Error downloading offline areas from web maps, created in the ArcGIS Field Maps web app and containing the OpenStreetMap basemap, in ArcGIS Field Maps on Android devices.

Workaround

1. Change the basemap to a different one.
2. In Map Viewer go to Add > Browse Living Atlas Layers.
3. Search for OpenStreetMap (Esri Street style).
4. Add as a basemap.
5. Define map offline areas in the ArcGIS Field Maps web app.
6. Close and reopen ArcGIS Field Maps. Downloading the offline package is now successful. If not, reopen the app multiple times.
