The description of an assignment is not fully displayed in the ArcGIS Workforce app when it includes numbers with seven or ten characters.

Workaround
Add a zero, '0' before the number so the Android device does not process the number as a phone number. However, this workaround only works when adding a zero, '0' to a 10-character number.
