When measuring the distance using the Measurement widget, the measurement result is not shown dynamically while moving the cursor on the map.

Additional Information
ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 3.x does not support the 'as-you-measure' feature. It is a known limitation. When using a map that is in state plane coordinates and not Web Mercator, the measuring tools do not display measurements when measuring.Workaround
Change the spatial reference.
