Unable to add Esri Maps Web Part because Esri Maps Catagory does not exist in Esri Maps for SharePoint Online.

Additional Information

There is one missing step in the activation. After the app shows in the Site Contents page, the user must click the icon and click add it to complete activation so that it appears in the ArcGIS Map Web Part ribbon.
