The esriFieldTypeOID field of a geoprocessing service output changes to 'OBJECTID' if the output is a shapefile, even if the OBJECTID field is not defined in the Service Editor when analyzing the service.

Additional Information

Current Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS supports drawing the output. Alternatively, use CopyFeatures instead of MakeFeatureLayer.

Create the output in a geodatabase
