When using the deployed version of Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS from Portal for ArcGIS, the option to switch portals is not available.

Additional Information

Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS installed from Portal for ArcGIS is designed to work with specific portals within the organization, and hence, it is by design that end users do not see the options to switch portals. The PortalUrl is burned into the application's configuration file when the portal administrator creates the Operations Dashboard deployment packages using the Deployment Utility.
