The Esri Maps Locate workflow returns an error, "404 NOT FOUND" if the Esri apps are added to the site by a non-admin user in Esri Maps for SharePoint Online.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in the latest version AM4SP 4.2.

Workaround

Have the site administrator add the Esri apps to the site.
