Additional Information

Not reproducible on ORACLE, SQL or PostgreSQL using ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5 or ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

Workaround 1: Change the password back to the older password. Workaround 2: Copy the mosaic dataset from another source into the enterprise geodatabase.
