Workaround

1. To view the application, click Open from the group.2. Modify the URL by removing the source organization short URL. For example, modify this URL,'<a href="http://fakeURL.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=12345dd492d94f12ace43f3c1c94826f" target="_blank">http://fakeURL.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=12345dd492d94f12ace43f3c1c94826f</a>'to '<a href="http://arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=12345dd492d94f12ace43f3c1c94826f" target="_blank">http://arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=12345dd492d94f12ace43f3c1c94826f</a>' by removing the organizations domain so it does not ask the group members to login to the San Diego county organization but to login to their own organization.
