Surveys created in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS v1.6.11 display Hebrew letters in survey titles as question marks when the surveys are downloaded from ArcGIS Online to the Survey123 for ArcGIS app (version 1.6.11) on Android devices.

Workaround

Create surveys with Hebrew letters in the title through the beta version of Survey123 that allows for surveys to be created through the internet browser. The option to create a new survey online can be found here: <a href="http://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys" target="_blank">http://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys</a>.
