When data in a PostgreSQL database that is not enabled as an enterprise geodatabase is published as a map service and the REST endpoint is queried by the Object ID with the output spatial reference configured as different than the published spatial reference, the results returned are in the original spatial reference and not transformed to the spatial reference specified.
