Domains are no longer recognized properly if the capitalization of the domain name is changed, for example, exporting the XML workspace document results in the following error, "The domain was not found."

Manually reassign the changed domain to all the previous fields using this domain. The following error message may display, "Unable to alter the field's domain. Item relationship between the items already exists." Ignore the error as the domain is already successfully assigned to the field.
