The GeoLookup widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not enrich locations from CSV files when using a custom basemap with a projection other than WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) as the latitudes and longitudes are not projected on the fly correctly.
