Bug
The Add Toolbox option under the ArcToolbox button does not display any tools within the ArcGIS Full Motion Video (FMV) toolboxes if ArcGIS for Desktop is running with a Basic license.

Additional Information
A Standard License or higher is required to use the Full Motion Video GP Tools. The documentation will be updated to reflect this limitation.Workaround
Use the System Toolboxes option via the Catalog tree to run any tools from the FMV toolboxes.Steps to Reproduce
