Bug

After importing symbology with the Unique Values category from a raster that has fewer values, adding the largest value using the Add Values button does not display as expected on the map. The largest value displays as 'all other values' although present in the raster.

Workaround

Add the values using the Add All Values option for both the window and data frame to display the raster values as expected.
