When saving GIS-tier secured services as an item in a Portal for ArcGIS site over port 6443, users are not prompted to store credentials with the item, even if the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate on the ArcGIS Server machine is trusted in the Portal for ArcGIS keystore.
