Related or stand-alone tables with a filter set disappear from the map viewer when a web map is saved and reopened, as well as from Collector for ArcGIS when a web map is saved for a second time.

Additional Information

Map Viewer Classic is no longer seeing development and Collector for ArcGIS has been retired. If the issue persists in the current Map Viewer or in Field Maps, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

Delete the web map and re-create a new one using the existing feature service.
