The Aggregate Points tool fails if the input polygon contains Point_Count, Point_Count_1, and Point_Count_1_1 field names which are the results of consecutive runs of this tool.

This was no longer reproducible after the December 2014 update.

Calculate the values from those fields to the new ones.4. Delete the old ones (Point_Count, Point_Count_1, and Point_Count_1_1).
