When using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript Web Optimizer, if the build name has spaces (for example, 'Test App'), creating the build and publishing it to the ESRI Cloud generates an invalid URL.

Workaround

Do not name the build with a space in it. For example, use 'Test_Map' instead of "Test Map'.
