Status
Known Limit
After review by the development team, it has been determined that this issue is related to a known limitation with the software that lies outside of Esri's control. The issue's Additional Information section may contain further explanation.
Additional Information
Use the Copy option when creating the package. Copy will copy the data as is, so the problem does not occur.
Workaround
This workaround applies only for domains.1) Create a new coded value domain with text data type.2) Copy the existing domain to a table containing a ‘Code’ field and a ‘Description’ field. 3) Delete the ‘Code’ field and add a new field.4) Assign the same values as the ‘Description’ field to this new field and name it ‘Code’ as well.5) Use the Table to Domain tool to copy the table values to the domain created. Now the new domain has the same values in the ‘Code’ field as well as the ‘Description’ field. 7) Assign the ‘Diameter’ field to this domain and label the features according to this field.8) Save the map to a PMF file and create a data package from this PMF file.
