The Dissolve tool fails with the following error message: "ERROR 999999: 'Invalid Topology [Maximum tolerance exceeded.]'"

Additional Information

Could not reproduce this issue. Lots of improvements to dissolve at 10.3. Tested with 10.3.

Workaround

1. Run the Integrate tool on the data to be dissolved. 2. Specify an XY tolerance of 10 (or other value as desired) times the default tolerance of a feature class having the coordinate system of the input data.
